b. An emergency cell tower, tall enough to serve every crease, crevice and cave throughout Idaho.

c. A state-of-the-art Frisbee golf center

d. I think we have room for all the above here, including a small helipad, although we may need to set up another small fund for the cell tower shadow encroaching on Eccle’s ranch.
